The University of Texas South End Zone Expansion

The South End Zone Expansion project will replace the existing South End zone bleachers and video display and renovate portions of the adjacent Moncrief-Neuhaus Athletic Center. This project is a part of Texas Athletics’ ongoing efforts to expand as well as upgrade their current facilities to provide the best facilities and services for their student athletes, fans and staff with a critical eye to the latest in student athlete safety, well-being, and rehabilitation.
Texas Woman's University Athletic Field House
Denton, Texas • $11,500,000 • 25,500 SF
Project involved the new construction of a facility to support the University’s Soccer and Softball programs. The building features an indoor turf facility with three softball hitting bays, athletic training room and a weight room. The new facility will also house team locker rooms, a team lounge, a wellness room, coach offices, storage spaces, event staging areas and support spaces.
Texas A&M University South Campus Recreation Center
College Station, Texas • $35,062,500 • 63,500 SF
The new recreation center expands student access to recreation activities and supports the school’s increasing enrollment. The new facility includes strength and conditioning areas, spaces for basketball, volleyball and indoor soccer, a climbing wall, locker rooms and more.
