This project involved the design and construction of existing shelled space within the new AIP 2 to increase both inpatient spaces and operating room capacity. Four floors are designated for acute-care and critical-care services and will also contain general ORs, a hybrid OR, and an Interoperable MRI suite (iMRI).
Texas DHHS and The University of Texas, Austin State Hospital - Brain Health Campus Redevelopment

The State of Texas is partnering with The University of Texas, Dell Medical School and community groups to create model environment for continuum of care patients. The new 240-bed facility will replace original hospital building with a state-of-the-art inpatient facility with the capacity to provide top-tier treatment for both short and long-term patients.
Parkland Health and Hospital System, Red Bird Primary Care Clinic
Dallas, Texas • $10,000,000 • 43,000 SF
Project involved the complete transformation of space inside the defunct Red Bird shopping mall. New facilities will feature 10,000 SF of clinical exam and treatment space including a WISH clinic. Services within the clinic include pediatric care, geriatric care, podiatry, mammography, radiology and women's health care.
