Project included three residential buildings of 35, 60 and 80 units respectively as well as a seven story parking garage. Amenities within the new complex included a leasing office, pool, game room, and fitness room
The University of Texas at San Antonio, Roadrunner Residence Hall
San Antonio, Texas • $30,000,000 • 110,000 SF
The Roadrunner Residence hall increased on-campus housing opportunities for UTSA’s first year students and provide them easy access campus dining and academic facilities. The hall is designed to house 300 students and includes common areas to support a feeling of community and promote meaningful connections between inhabitants. It will also include a full-service coffee shop which will also serve the surround residential community at large.

Designed to support next-generation community needs with amenities including co-working space with conference rooms, private offices, and open seating. Spacious two-story fitness club overlooking the pool.
