Expansion involved all seven levels of the existing Omni Hotel and offers 155 additional rooms and suites just steps from the Atlantic Ocean. This project also included the addition of 20,000 SF of state‐of‐the‐art flexible meeting space, increasing the total meeting space at the resort to 70,000 SF.
